If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. No hard feelings. We would still encourage you to try the free trial first, but the guarantee is there either way.
Every plug-in includes a free, fully featured fourteen (14) day trial: no limits, no missing features, no internet connection required. The trial is the way to be sure the software works in your DAW, on your system, and for your music before you pay. If anything is going to be a dealbreaker, the trial is where you will find out, at no cost.
Email support@remanenceaudio.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase and we will take care of it. Because our payment provider acts as the merchant of record, your refund is issued through them, and you can also request it directly using the link on your order receipt. If you were charged twice, bought the wrong item, or cannot get the software running, reach out anytime and we will help.
Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom have a statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds that right, so you are covered either way.
